Distilled at their Chattanooga Riverfront Distillery and released in 2019 in select batches of between 8-12 barrels, Chattanooga Whiskey 91 straight bourbon whiskey is aged for 2 years at barrel strength of 91% proof and is finished in charred oak Solera barrels after fermenting an additional 7 days over traditional Tennessee whiskey. Whiskey 91 opens with a nose of malted grains over oak, sweet cherries, and fresh bread coated in brown sugar. The palate is more bites of brown sugar, malt, and aged leather brushed with vanilla.
