FEW Spirits derives its name from Frances Elizabeth Willard – an iconic figure in women’s history. In a twist of irony, Willard was a strong supporter of Prohibition and spearheaded the movement in 1855 in the town of Evanston, the place FEW Spirits calls home. Aged for less than 4 years in Minnesota oak barrels with a mash bill of 70% corn, 20% Northern rye, and 10% 2-Row malt, FEW Spirits whiskey is an ongoing release with a cask strength of 93% proof. Each bottle is hand-labeled with the batch, barrel, and bottle number along with the distiller’s signature. The aroma of cherries, caramel, and aged wood in brown sugar warms the nose and palate followed by hints of corn and spice over grain cereal, caramel, and vanilla.
