This ongoing release from New Riff contains a mash bill composed of 65% corn, 30% rye, and 5% malted barley with a mature cask strength of 100% proof and is aged for a minimum of 4 years. The aroma of newly baked bread coated in cinnamon spread and brown sugar greets the nose along with layers of oak and sun-dried hay. On the tongue are dollops of sweet vanilla, caramel, and light dashes of baking spice over hues of oak and sugared ginger.
