Finished in European Oak Sherry Butt casks and limited to 612 bottles, this single malt was bottled in Aug 2017 and carries sublime aromas of dark, sticky dates and plump sultanas doused in warm toffee and melted chocolate. The palate is beautifully rounded with hits of more toffee, thickly cut oak, and raisins subtly spiced with slivers of ginger.
