Made from expertly selected single barrel rye whiskey, this ongoing release of NAS rye is crafted from a mash bill composed of 51% rye, 37% corn, and 12% malted barley and has a mature barrel strength of 104% proof. The first waft offers up hints of ginger and cut hay over sweet caramel, rye, and a kiss of cinnamon. On the tongue are notes of rye spice, cinnamon, and caramel with bites of freshly popped kettle corn drizzled in lemon cream.
