Barrell Seagrass is a blend of American and Canadian rye whisky and was released in March 2021 with a cask strength of 118.4 proof. On the nose, enjoy the aroma of freshly cut honeydew melons and summer plums over layers of sweet apricots, shores of island rum, and hints of elderflower.
