Offered in a limited run of just 3700 bottles and released in Oct 2020, this whisky lures you in with scents of freshly baked carrot cake frosted in cream and drizzled with warm tendrils of wild honey. Hints of pear and blackberry writhe throughout with just a touch of lime. The palate is rich with notes of blackstrap molasses blended with sambuca, olive brininess, and notes of dark rum spiced with chipotle and tobacco smoke.
