Double distilled and aged in No.1 charred American white oak barrels for roughly 6 to 7.5 years, Bib and Tucker Small Batch was released in October 2014 with a proof strength of 92%. The nose begins with wafts of freshly dug earth and vintage leather over pops of vanilla, barley grain, and wet grass. On the palate, the mouth enjoys flavors of roasted chestnuts coated in cinnamon, anise, and vanilla blossoms.
