Created with a mash bill of 84% corn, 10% rye, and 6% malted barley, No 12 is matured for 8 – 10 years in new charred oak casks with a finished barrel strength of 90% proof. On the nose are hues of sweet corn frosted with vanilla, sugared citrus slices, and butterscotch cream fudge over warm honey. The palate is rife with toasted cinnamon, corn, and caramel over citrus zest and vanilla.
