Sourced from an undisclosed distillery, this uniquely blended bourbon is composed of 70% corn and 30% rye and malted barley with a finished cask strength of 90% proof. Heaven’s Door Tennessee bourbon is an ongoing release and is aged for a minimum of 8 years in American oak barrels. The nose opens with layers of thick caramel and citrus preserves with tones of honey, vanilla bean, and strawberries in cream. One sip and the palate is coated in hues of caramel, plucked cherries, vanilla, and warm pastries.
