Jeffersons Very Small Batch Bourbon 750ml Bottle

Jefferson’s Very Small Batch bourbon of the Castle Brand of bourbons is an expertly sourced recipe combing a blend of a minimum of 4 Kentucky straight bourbons theorized to be partly endowed with bourbon from Kentucky Artisan Distillery. This ongoing NAS release is finished in new charred oak barrels with a mature barrel strength of 82.3 proof and an undisclosed mash bill. The nose begins with hints of buttered corn, vanilla, and hewn oak over spring blossoms and plums. On the palate are sweet tones of vanilla and oak layered with honey and orchard cherries.
