Old Forester continues to honor founder George Gavin Brown in this ongoing release of their Signature 100 Proof bourbon – NAS bourbon whiskey derived from a mash bill containing 72% corn, 18% rye, and 10% malted barley. True to its name, this deeply copper-hued bourbon has a matured barrel strength of 100 proof and has a nose brightly stained with hints of cherry and caramel over hints of smooth oak. The mouth enjoys sumptuously bold hits of oak and creamy pecans drizzled in caramel, maple syrup, and crushed pepper blended with cloves.
