Rabbit Hole Mizunara Founder’s Collection 15 year old Kentucky Straight Bourbon is based on select barrels of Rabbit Hole founder Kaveh Zamanian’s personal collection of aged whiskey. Matured for a minimum of 15 years in charred American oak barrels, the bourbon is then re-barreled for another year of finishing in Ariake Sangyo’s virgin #3/#5 char Japanese Mizunara oak casks. Finished to 114.2 proof and composed of an undisclosed mash bill, this premium whiskey was released in 2021 in a limited run of merely 1,403 sequentially-numbered bottles.
