This distinctive Union Horse bourbon earned 92 Points from Wine Enthusiast in 2016. Union Horse (formerly known as "Dark Horse") Distillery opened in 2010. All of its products are distilled in "Chester Copperpot"–their 500-gallon column/pot-still. Their Reserve Straight Bourbon is a sour mash made from 80% corn and 20% rye aged up to 5 years in new, charred American oak barrels.
