Deep in the heart of Tennessee comes the beautiful and complex tones of Chattanooga Whiskey Co. Cask 111 straight bourbon whiskey – a pure Tennessee high malt fermented an extra 7 days over traditional whiskey. With a mash bill of yellow corn, malted rye, caramel malted barley, and honey malted barley, Cask 111 is aged for over 2 years in toasted and charred oak barrels and (true to its name) has an unfiltered cask strength of 111% proof. Released in 2019, Cask 111 straight bourbon has a limited release of between 6-10 barrels as a select distillation run. The nose is darkly hued with cocoa and sweet Tennessee tea over fruit cake. On the tongue, bite into chocolate nubs and cherries over oak.
