Aged in new charred American white oak barrels, this NAS single barrel bourbon is a marriage of carefully selected Evan Williams whiskies including their 1783, BiB, and E.W 23 year old whiskey and has a finished barrel strength of 90% proof. The nose opens with sweet vanilla over wildflower honey, caramel, and oranges brewed in herbal tea. On the palate are hints of cinnamon and black pepper along with citrus-infused tea, caramel, and vanilla.
