Maker’s Mark Gold Label Wax Seal Limited Edition bourbon is a pot of gold quaff featuring the subtle tones of Maker’s original Red Wax bourbon but with a punch! Originally sold only in Kentucky, this bold bourbon was moved to the overseas market and later discontinued completely by Maker’s in 1999. This limited edition, highly collectible whiskey is aged a minimum of 5 years with a finished barrel strength of 101% proof and each label depicts the very limited bottling run. On the nose are aromatic notes of aged wood and vanilla bean paired with sweet caramel and cinnamon spices. The taste echoes hues of vanilla along with bright bites of toffee candy, honey, and wood shavings blended with nuts.
