Crafted from expertly selected single barrel recipes, this series encompasses one of Parker Beam’s greatest achievements; authentically epic single barrel whiskey. This edition in the series is aged for 11 years in a single virgin American white oak barrel and is composed of 78% corn, 12% malted barley, and 10% rye with a finished barrel strength of 122% proof. The first waft carries notes of tobacco and dried raisins together with caramel and orchard cherries. On the palate are thick cuts of oak, tobacco, and spicy cinnamon fire-ball candies layered with cream corn and baking spices.
